Calendar Start Dates

The full course has six modules, running over 3- or 5- weeks (depending on the month). The CS course is 3 modules over a 2- weeks.

If you are unsure about the type of birth you’d like, and would like to explore all your options, I encourage you to take the full course. You will learn so much and feel confident in you choices!

The best time to start is around 26 to 28 weeks of pregnancy. This gives you enough time to complete the course before the final stretch, while still allowing you time to make important decisions based on what you have learnt. That said, it’s never too late  – start whenever it suits you.

Classes run in the evenings from 18h00 – 20h45, in Somerset West.

Please don’t hesitate to book as soon as possible as my courses do fill up quickly due to limited numbers.

If in person classes doesn’t work for you, my online option is a wonderful alternative- perfect for those outside the greater Cape Town area, and abroad.
